- Sugar30 g
- Butter40 g
- Organic Baking Powder10 g
- Salt10 g

- Milk180 ml
- Beat the corn, sugar, milk, butter and egg in a blender. Hit everything. In a bowl put the wheat flour, cornmeal and biological yeast. Mix. Place the blender mixture in the bowl and mix well.
- Transfer to bench and knead for 10 minutes at mass has to be homogeneous. Let the dough rest for 40 minutes. Make balls and place in a greased shape and let it rest for another 40 minutes. Then brush the balls with milk and sprinkle with cornmeal. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden.
