- Butter1 tablespoon
- Free-range eggs3 unit(s)
- Yeast1 dessert spoon
- grated coconut4 tablespoon
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Wheat flour1 cup
- Wheat flour1/2 cup
- Coconut milk150 ml
- Remove the kernels from the corn cobs, place them in the blender, add the eggs, butter, coconut milk, condensed milk and beat for three minutes.
- Soon after add the wheat flour beat for another minute, then add the grated coconut and the baking soda and beat again for another minute.
- Grease the form with butter and and wheat flour pour all the dough inside.
- Bring to a boil for 45 minutes.
