  • Wheat flour3 cup
  • Milk350 ml
  • Sugar2 cup
  • Egg2 unit(s)
  • Baking powder1 to taste
  • Margarine3 tablespoon
  1. In a blender add the eggs, sugar and corn and the melted margarine beat well for 5 minutes
  2. In a bowl, mix the wheat flour, place the blender mixture, mix well, add the grated coconut and the milk, stir until uniform, add the baking powder, mix well
  3. In a greased shape with margarine and flour, pour the dough and take it to the preheated oven at 180c for 30 minutes.
