- Egg4 cup
- Couscous1/2 cup
- Baking powder1 dessert spoon
- grated coconut1 to taste
- In a bowl, mix the wheat flour, the eggs, the sugar, the oil, stir well, add the milk, little by little, always stirring, add the flakes, stir well
- In a greased shape with oil and flour pour the dough and take it to the preheated oven at 180c and leave for 35 minutes.
- Remove the cake from the mold and place the grated coconut on top.
