- Chop the ears of corn. In the blender, beat the corn kernels until obtaining a homogeneous mass.
- If the beans are very dry and difficult to beat, add about 4 tablespoons of water to help with the process.
- Transfer the beaten corn kernels to a bowl and mix the onion, cumin, parsley, salt, cheese and black pepper to taste.
- With a tablespoon, take small portions of the dumpling dough and fry them in hot oil until golden. Drain on paper towels and serve immediately.
