- Cornmeal01 cup
- Baking powder (royal powder)01 tablespoon
- Fennel to taste
- Before starting the dough, turn on the oven to heat for 10 minutes at 200°, while you prepare the dough.
- Now, put all the ingredients in the blender, except the fennel and the royal powder.
- Whisk everything until well blended.
- With the blender off, add the fennel and royal powder and mix well.
- Place in a greased and floured form.
- Now take it to the preheated oven for about 40 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
