- 1 cup of oil150 ml
- 1 cup of wheat150 ml
- 1 cup cornmeal150 ml
- 1 glass of milk150 ml
- 1 spoon of yeast1 teaspoon
- eggs4 unit(s)
- Beat the sugar, egg, oil in a blender until creamy.
- Soon after add, the wheat, cornmeal and milk and beat until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- Then add the yeast and stir with a spatula slowly.
- Place in an already greased shape, and take it to the preheated oven at 180° for approximately 45 minutes.
