- Couscous500 g
- Pepper1/4 unit(s)
- Salt (shallow)1 tablespoon
- Large onion1/2 unit(s)
- Large garlic1 unit(s)
- Sausages3 unit(s)
- Salami1/2 unit(s)
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Oil (optional)1 tablespoon
- In a bowl, place the couscous mass together with the salt and water and mix until moist (not wet, moist!) home smell like couscous.
- Take the onion, pepper, garlic, salami and sausage and cut it, put it in a frying pan to sauté, you can sauté it with butter or oil.
- When the couscous is ready, put it in a bowl and mix it with the butter (TIP: If it gets too dry, add a little water from the couscous pan, even mixing it with the butter in the couscous.) Now you can put the sautéed and mix and it's ready. Now it's just a case of popping.
- Detail: I made it with half of a 500g pack, in this case 250g and I think you can do the same with the whole pack.
