- Sugar1/4 cup

- Crackling300 g
- In a container, place the yeast, oil, olive oil, eggs, water, sugar and salt and mix well. Add the wheat flour and stir until it unglued from your hands. Knead the dough. Let it rest to rise for 40 minutes. Knead again to remove the air, add the crackling and shape. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until golden.
