- Lemon zest to taste
- Wheat flour01 kg
- In a bowl, place the eggs, cream, sugar, yeast, lemon zest and mix.
- Add the flour little by little and mix well.
- Then throw the dough on a bench and knead well until the dough no longer sticks to your hands.
- Take a piece of dough and roll the dough. If you can, then you're done.
- Now take small portions of the dough, roll and cut into small pieces.
- Place in a greased and floured shape and take it to the oven preheated to 200° and let it bake until they are firm. You can make it whiter or more golden, it depends on your taste.
- If you use the same mold more than once, you don't need to grease it again.
