Boiled corn1 can(s)
Whole milk200 ml
Margarine2 dessert spoon
Wheat flour (full spoon)1 tablespoon
Grated Onion1/2 unit(s)
Salt and pepper to taste to taste
Sour cream100 g

In the blender, beat 200 mls of milk with the corn
In a high skillet and over low heat, melt the butter, add the onion, stirring until golden.
Add the flour and stir vigorously, add the corn beaten with milk, salt and pepper and stir over low heat until the ingredients are incorporated, approximately 7 minutes.
Turn off the heat and add 100 grams of cream, stir gently to finish. Great option to accompany meat and chicken.
