- Cooked parboiled rice4 cup
- Diced tenderloin1 cup
- Cottage cheese150 g
- grated carrot3/4 cup
- Chopped Onion1/3 cup
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Chopped green onion1/2 cup
- Mozzarella cheese or grated parmesan1/2 cup
- Tomato sauce2 cup
- In a pan heat the butter and brown the onion.
- Add the tenderloin and sauté for about 5 minutes.
- Add the carrot, tomato sauce and cottage cheese and mix.
- Cook for 3 minutes and add the rice. Mix well and turn off the heat.
- Add the onion and mix. Transfer the rice to a platter and sprinkle the cheese on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 220ÂșC for about 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
