- Corn flakes or milharina1 can(s)
- Coconut milk250 ml
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Shredded Coconut100 mg
- Milk1 cup
- Oil1 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Chemical Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Blend all ingredients in a blender.
- Pour the dough in a greased and floured shape with wheat or flake
- Let it bake for 30/35 minutes or until you can feel a firmness in the dough even if it is wet.
- Note: This cake is creamy, so the toothpick test doesn't work because it gets wet. It gets creamy due to the use of coconut milk.
