- Melted margarine300 g
- Unleavened Wheat Flour500 g
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- In a bowl, put the wheat flour
- Add the yolk and mix well with a fork.
- Add the melted margarine and stir again with the fork.
- When it's well mixed, knead with your hands until you get a homogeneous mass.
- Wrap the dough in a plastic bag or plastic wrap and let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Cut 2/3 of the dough, open with a rolling pin and line the chosen shape. No need to grease.
- Put the stuffing to taste, open the rest of the dough with a roll and place it over the stuffing.
- Close the casserole well and with your fingertips seal the sides of the mold. Brush with egg yolks beaten with a drizzle of oil.
- Take it to the oven to bake at a temperature of around 200 degrees, already preheated and medium oven until golden.
- Remove from the oven, wait to cool down and serve.
