- grated coconut100 g
- Wheat flour02 cup
- Baking powder01 tablespoon
- Condensed milk395 g
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Sugar01 tablespoon
- Whisk together the milk, eggs, sugar and oil in a blender.
- Add in a bowl the liquid that hit the yeast with 50 grams of the grated coconut. Shake well. Finally add the baking powder.
- Grease the pan and bake for 30 minutes or until done.
- To wet the cake, mix a spoon of sugar with coconut milk.
- For the topping mix condensed milk with 50 grams of grated coconut
- When the cake is baked, make holes and pour the syrup to soak. Then put on the cover. Sprinkle grated coconut on top to taste.
- Take it to freeze.
