- Fettuccine300 g
- Chopped sirloin cup300 g
- Pea400 g
- Whole milk1 l
- unsalted butter1 tablespoon
- Wheat flour1 tablespoon
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Sweet paprika to taste
- Grated nutmeg1/4 unit(s)
- Season the loin cup with salt, pepper kingdom, sweet paprika and olive oil. In a wok pan or large frying pan with a high edge, place the oil, fry the pan loin and reserve.
- In the blender, beat half a liter of milk with half of the pea until it forms a broth. Strain the broth and discard the solid part.
- With the fire on, pour this broth over the loin cup, scrape until the bottom of the pan is released into the broth and let it boil. Disconnect.
- In another pan over low heat, make a basic white sauce: dissolve the butter, add the wheat flour and stir until it forms a paste. Add 1/2 liter of milk little by little, stirring constantly with a fouet. Season with salt and grated nutmeg and let it thicken.
- Mix the white sauce with the pea broth and loin cup, adjust the salt and bring to a boil. this one goes be the pea cream with the sirloin cup. Reserve.
- Cook the pasta just until it is slightly softened. Drain and toss the pasta in the pea cream and let the pasta cooking finish inside the cream.
- Finish by placing the rest of the pea. And that's it!
