- Pasta of your choice500 g
- Diced ham300 g
- Diced Mozzarella Cheese200 g
- Cottage cheese1 can(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Tomato sauce100 g
- Seasonings (salt, oregano, black pepper)1 to taste
- In a pot of hot water, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the label. Tip! With penne pasta it gets much better.
- In a frying pan, place the tomato paste, curd, seasonings and cook on low heat until the curd crumbles, add the ham, the cream, mix well and turn off.
- Drain the pasta, pour it into a refractory that can go in the oven and add the sauce, then add the cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until the cheese melts. Serve immediately!
