- Sour cream200 ml
- Salt to taste
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic to taste
- Sweet paprika1 teaspoon
- Pepperoni sausage1 unit(s)
- Water500 ml
- In a pressure cooker, add the garlic, onion, paprika and salt, sauté until reduced. Add the pasta, water and cream. Close the pan, and leave it under pressure for 5 minutes.
- In a skillet, fry the pepperoni sausage in small cubes.
- Now just assemble the plate and enjoy.
