- Farfalle Noodles (or any other of your choice)200 g
- cherry tomato150 g
- Chopped Bacon100 g
- Steppe cheese100 g
- Box of sour cream1/2 unit(s)
- Tomato Extract01 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Chives to taste
- Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions;
- In a pan over low heat, fry the bacon until it is golden brown (no need to add any kind of fat as it loosens a lot);
- Add the halved cherry tomatoes and wait for them to wilt;
- Then add the cheese cut into small cubes and let it melt;
- With the cheese already melted, add the tomato paste and the cream and mix everything together;
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and let the sauce boil;
- With the sauce ready, just mix the already cooked pasta and mix;
- Transfer the dough to a platter and finish with the chopped chives on top. Ready, now just taste.
