Farfalle Noodles (or any other of your choice)200 g
cherry tomato150 g
Chopped Bacon100 g
Steppe cheese100 g
Box of sour cream1/2 unit(s)
Tomato Extract01 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Chives to taste

Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions;
In a pan over low heat, fry the bacon until it is golden brown (no need to add any kind of fat as it loosens a lot);
Add the halved cherry tomatoes and wait for them to wilt;
Then add the cheese cut into small cubes and let it melt;
With the cheese already melted, add the tomato paste and the cream and mix everything together;
Season with salt and pepper to taste and let the sauce boil;
With the sauce ready, just mix the already cooked pasta and mix;
Transfer the dough to a platter and finish with the chopped chives on top. Ready, now just taste.
