- Noodles300 g
- Cooked and shredded chicken breast250 g
- Pepperoni1 unit(s)
- Bacon50 g
- Tomato sauce300 g
- Cottage cheese200 ml
- Sour cream200 g
- Mozzarella cheese250 g
- Corn170 g
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Pepper to taste
- Garlic to taste
- Salt and spices to taste
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- In a pan add to 2 tablespoons of olive oil, the pepperoni and the bacon already chopped, stir & let it brown a little.
- add the onion and pepper, stir and wait for the pepper to wilt.
- add the garlic and wait for it to brown.
- add the tomato (without seeds) close the pan, and let it settle for a few minutes (3 to 4).
- add the chicken breast, and seasonings of your choice. (I used: paprika, black pepper, oregano) stir well and add the can of green corn (drained) and the sachet of tomato sauce, mix well.
- add the pasta, cover with water. And let it cook for +|- 15min.
- add salt, curd, and cream. Mix well and turn off the heat.
- add the cheese, stir well and cover the pan to melt.
