- Noodles500 g
- Smoked pepperoni (sliced)200 g
- Bacon (cut into medium cubes)100 g
- Cream cheese4 tablespoon
- Tomato Extract2 tablespoon
- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Chopped bell pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Water600 ml
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Chopped Mozzarella100 g
- Minced green smell1 to taste
- Oil1 tablespoon
- In a pan put 500 ml of water to boil. Add oil and a teaspoon of salt, add the pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes until aldente (drain and set aside)
- Slice the bacon and fry (set aside) In the same pan that you fried the bacon Also fry the pepperoni
- After 3 minutes add the seasonings, onion, pepper, black pepper, tomato paste
- Sauté for 4 minutes, add a little water, the curd mix well
- Add the pasta, mix everything, adjust the salt, if necessary add a little more water
