- Fuba1 cup
- Sliced Escarole1/2 unit(s)
- grated onion2 tablespoon
- Minced Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Water3 cup
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste
- Heat the oil in a pan, add the onion and garlic and sauté until golden brown. Add the water and let it boil.
- Add the cornmeal little by little and mix well to avoid lumps.
- Add salt and pepper and let it cook until it thickens. Always stirring.
- Saute the escarole with oil and garlic.
- Place the escarole in the deep dish, throw the polenta on top and sprinkle Parmesan cheese.
- Tip: make a bolognese sauce that goes very well!
