- Sliced Mozzarella300 g
- Water1 l
- Salt to taste
- Butter2 tablespoon
- In a baking dish, add the butter and set aside.
- Cook the potato in water with a little salt until soft.
- Add the potato in a pot, add the paprika, black pepper, and a little oregano and mix well, add the cream and mix some more
- Place it on the greased Travessa and cover with the mozzarella.
- Sprinkle some oregano on top and bake in the oven until the cheese melts.
