- For the creamy rice - heat the pan with 4 spoons of olive oil, add the rice, the cream and the curd and stir well - turn off the heat and sprinkle with parmesan.
- For the sausage ragu - a perfect accompaniment, heat the pan with 4 tablespoons of olive oil and place the sausage without the skin, stirring well so that it comes off whole - add the onion and tomato and stir well, season with salt and pepper, add the passata a little water - cover the pan and let it cook until the flavors and sauce are refined. Remove and serve with creamy rice.
