- penne pasta500 g
- Ready-made tomato sauce1 can(s)
- Chopped ham200 g
- Chopped Mozzarella200 g
- Cream cheese200 g
- vegetable broth2 unit(s)
- Place the water, tomato sauce, vegetable stock and ham in the pressure cooker. Bring to a boil, add the pasta and cover the pan.
- As soon as you get pressure, turn off the fire and wait for the pressure to come out completely.
- Open and add the mozzarella and cream cheese, mix well and serve hot.
