- Wheat flour1/2 cup
- Sugar1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Gather all the ingredients
- In a bowl, beat the egg with the milk;
- Gradually add the flour, then the sugar and salt and mix until you get a homogeneous mass;
- Grease a frying pan with butter, place it over medium heat and add enough dough to cover the bottom with a thin layer;
- Wait for the dough to brown, spread the filling of your choice over the crepe, fold it twice and serve next.
