- Tapioca2 tablespoon
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Ricotta Cream1 tablespoon
- Mozzarella Cheese Slices2 unit(s)
- Slices of white cheese2 unit(s)
- Oregano to taste
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with a whisk or a fork until foamy.
- Add the tapioca and a pinch of salt and beat until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet or add a drizzle of oil.
- Put the crepioca dough and wait for it to brown so you can turn it aside.
- Turn the dough over and place the filling starting with the ricotta cream.
- Add the mozzarella cheese and the Minas cheese and wait for it to melt.
- Add oregano and close your crepioca
- Serve right away 😋
