- For salty tapioca add salt, for sweet tapioca add sweetener or honey.
- In a container, beat the eggs and the yolk, add the tapioca gum and beat again with the help of a fork, until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
- Place a thin layer of the dough in a heated non-stick skillet and keep on low heat, leave for a few seconds and turn to brown the other side.
- Eat without filling with honey or peanut butter.
