- Tapioca4 tablespoon
- Mozzarella cheese slices2 unit(s)
- Boiled Broccoli1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste
- In a bowl, beat the eggs until foamy.
- Add the tapioca and mix well.
- Add a little salt and mix until a homogeneous mass is formed.
- Preheat a nonstick skillet
- Put a drizzle of olive oil and add the crepioca dough
- Wait until golden and turn aside.
- Place the slices of mozzarella cheese and the chopped broccoli
- Wait for the cheese to melt and close your crepioca
- Ready đ serve with boiled broccoli or assorted salad
