- Tapioca4 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
- Mozzarella cheese slices3 unit(s)
- Provolone cheese slices5 unit(s)
- Chopped green olives to taste
- Oregano to taste
- In a bowl, beat the eggs until frothy
- Season with a little salt and add the tapioca
- Mix well until smooth
- Preheat a non-stick frying pan and add a drizzle of olive oil
- Put the dough in the frying pan and wait for it to brown before turning it aside.
- Place the stuffing of mozzarella cheese, provolone, green olives and oregano
- Wait for the cheese to melt, leave it on low heat
- When the cheeses are melted, turn off the heat and that's it.
