- Dose of pinga1/2 teaspoon
- Vinegar1 teaspoon
- Water250 ml
- Mix the ingredients in a bowl and knead with your hands. Knead the dough well on a smooth floured surface.
- Use a rolling pin to roll out the dough to the desired thickness. Cut the dough in the size you want to make the pastries.
- Stuff according to your preference. Fry in very hot oil.
