- Potato Starch3 dessert spoon
- Wheat flour (if you don't have potato starch)2 dessert spoon
- Butter1 teaspoon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Large onion1 unit(s)
- Cheese (piece)200 g
- For breading: to taste
- Wheat flour200 g
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Panko Flour200 g
- Oil for frying to taste
- Cut the potatoes and cook in the microwave or conventional stove for 10:00 minutes.
- Mash the potatoes and add salt, pepper, butter and potato starch, mix well and set aside.
- Cut 5 to 6 thick onion rings
- Cut the cheese into thin strips the size of onion rings.
- Wrap the cheese strips around the inside of the onion rings.
- Once this is done, wrap the mashed potato over the whole onion, sealing it very well so it doesn't burst when frying.
- After assembling the donuts, coat: flour, eggs, panko flour
- Fry in hot oil over medium heat until golden.
- Serve with ketchup or sauce of your choice.
