Take it to a refractory, and when it's cold, take it to the fridge, after it's cold, take it out of the mold.
- When the cream is ready, before putting it in the fridge, you can add flavorings, herbs, olives, etc.
- After the cold cream, you can beat it with a little milk in the blender, it will have the texture of creamy cottage cheese. Yield is about 800 g.
