- Recipe
- Gems2 unit(s)
- Eggs1 unit(s)
- Butter or margarine150 ml
- Sugar60 g
- Milk150 ml
- Water50 ml
- Wheat Flour (Approx)550 g
- Instant Dry Organic Yeast10 g
- In a bowl pour part of the wheat flour, dissolve the yeast and mix well, then add the sugar. In the same bowl, pour the eggs, milk and water together with the butter. Stir gently until the ingredients are completely homogenized. Gradually add the rest of the wheat flour, until you form a consistent dough. Knead the dough for about 00:10 minutes. Let it rest until it doubles in volume. After this period, separate the dough into small portions (I made 70 grams), roll the portions and take it to rise on a board. ✍️ Tip: Before frying the dreams I like to pre-bake, this guarantees a less oily bun and prevents it from getting raw in your brains. After the portions have risen, bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 0:25 minutes. Remove from the oven, fry in oil over low heat, immediately fry the donuts, on both sides, about half a second, just to brown and remove from the boiling oil. After frying, capriche in the vanilla cream filling, I recommend the ready-made fillings because they are easy and quick to make, but you can also fill with Nutella, guava, chocolate or whatever else you want... Finish with icing sugar on top of the dreams and just enjoy. ✍️ Good to know: This recipe has improvers such as butter, sugar and eggs that guarantee a very tasty and fluffy dough, the fact of baking before frying guarantees a much drier bread, without excess oil.
