In a bowl, sift the wheat flour, the yeast, the sugar, add the milk and, using your hands, mix until you let go of your hands, let it rest for 15 minutes. In a roasting pan, grease with margarine. Make balls and take it to the oven for 10 minutes or until they are roasted, wait for them to cool, pass the condensed milk on top and sprinkle the grated cheese.
