- Ground beef500 g
- Mozzarella cheese200 g
- Ham150 g
- Tomato Extract1 can(s)
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic (clove)2 unit(s)
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Green Smell1 cup
- Wheat flour3 tablespoon
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Cold milk3 cup
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Red sauce: In a cloth, sauté the onion, garlic and put the ground beef, let it sauté well. Hit the salt. Add the green smell and tomato extract, and let it reduce a little. Reserve. White sauce: In a pan put the margarine and wheat flour, mix until the flour melts. Add the cold milk and salt, stir well with a whisk until it thickens. Remember to always stir to avoid lumps! Add the cream and set aside. Mounting: On a baking sheet, place a layer of red sauce, a layer of lasagna noodles, a layer of white sauce, ham, cheese and so on, finishing with the white sauce and mozzarella. Bake for half an hour. Serve next!
