- Grated Onion1/3 unit(s)
- Corn, canned1/2 can(s)
- Chives to taste
- Salt to taste
- Mayonnaise1/2 cup
- Sardines1 can(s)
- The recipe is very simple and it turns out delicious. First we are going to cook the pasta with just the salt, leave it al dente. Remove from water and set aside
- Now let's start the preparation, in a bowl add the sardines and mash them with a fork, onion, carrot, green corn, green seasoning and salt.
- Now we are going to add the pasta and mix it slowly, remembering that the pasta cannot be too cooked because otherwise it will fall apart.
- Well mixed, now let's add the mayonnaise and mix it again. You can now enjoy this delight or let it freeze for a few minutes. Note: pasta can be your choice I used gluten free penne pasta.
