- Wheat flour300 g
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- grated cheese150 g
- Yeast1 teaspoon
- Milk2 cup
- Oil1/2 cup
- Pinch of Salt to taste
- Smoked pepperoni1 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Cheddar to taste
- Mix all ingredients in a blender, except pepperoni, onion and cheddar.
- Cut the pepperoni or grind, cut the onion finely chopped. Saute in oil until golden. Disconnect.
- Let's ride. Grease the mold with margarine or oil and a little wheat flour.
- Pour some of the dough, add the stuffing, spreading the pepperoni and cheddar well. And add the rest of the dough.
- Sprinkle the grated cheese on top and take it to the oven at 200°C for approximately 30 minutes or until golden.
- Remove and serve with a nice chilled drink. Enjoy your food.
