macaroni500 g
Onion and minced garlic2 tablespoon
Tomato Extract5 tablespoon
Butter2 dessert spoon
Slice of Mozzarella Cheese4 unit(s)
Coriander for garnish1 to taste

Preparation mode In a pan add the garlic, onion and butter. Let it cool and add the tomato paste. Turn off the heat and set aside
In a pan add pasta and let it cook. Once the pasta is still hot, add the sauce. Add the slices of mozzarella cheese and cilantro on top.
