screw noodles1 kg
salt to taste
oil4 tablespoon
water2 l
garlic2 unit(s)
sliced pepperoni2 unit(s)
beef broth2 unit(s)
tomato paste2 unit(s)
eggs2 unit(s)
Sliced cheese200 g
oregano to taste

In a pan, put some to boil, add 2 tablespoons of oil and add the pasta and salt. Cook for 8 minutes, drain and set aside
In a pan add 2 tablespoons of oil and garlic, throw the sliced sausage, brown for 5 minutes
Add the beef stock, tomato paste and if necessary a little water to obtain a sauce.
On a platter throw the cooked noodles, mix with the sausage sauce, on top put the sliced boiled egg, cheese and oregano. Bake in the oven just to melt the cheese for 10 minutes.
