- First, put the flour in a bowl, add the cream and mix well.
- Then spread some flour on a bench, pour in the dough and knead until the dough is smooth and slightly sticky (to the touch).
- Then wrap the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest while you separate and prepare the fillings to your liking.
- 📍Assembly: First let's start by opening the dough in the most rectangular and thin shape possible, then just cut the dough in the shape and size chosen for the snacks.
- In fact, my cuts were based on a sausage, because I made my snacks in the shape of rolls.
- Then make the cuts, unite the leftover dough and open it again in order to enjoy everything.
- Finally, put the stuffing and close the dough with the help of a sealer, or fork and in the case of the rolls, just roll and close the edges by squeezing with your own modeling fingers.
- I made my snacks with sausage, mixed, and chicken.
- Finally, with the savory stuffed and closed, let’s bread and fry…
- We will need a bowl with 3 scrambled eggs, another with unbleached flour, and one with breadcrumbs!
- So the procedure is very simple: Pass the salt through the scrambled eggs, Then pass through the wheat flour, Pass through the scrambled eggs again, Finish by passing through the breadcrumbs. Then repeat the process for all the salted ones and take it to fry in a pan with enough oil to cover the salty.
- Finally, let the oil heat up (you can test it with a small piece of dough), finally fry the salted ones one to three at a time until golden.
