- Ground beef500 g
- Wheat flour2 tablespoon
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Milk1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Seasonings to taste
- Tomato sauce1 unit(s)
- In a pan, coke the margarine, flour and milk, to make the white sauce.
- Mix everything until it is very consistent and set aside.
- Sauté the ground beef, add the seasonings you want, put the tomato sauce and water. Reserve.
- Cook the quail eggs, peel and set aside.
- Let's ride.
- In a refractory place a part of the meat sauce, place the dough without breaking it.
- On top of each nest of dough, place a quail egg. Spread the white sauce over everything.
- And finally the meat sauce and take it to the fire for 20 minutes.
- Tip: the meat sauce has to be enough to cover and cook the pasta.
