- Boiled Cassava1 kg
- Whey cream1 can(s)
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Dry desalted and cooked meat1/2 kg
- medium chopped onion1 unit(s)
- Crushed garlic cloves4 unit(s)
- Tomatoes, peeled and chopped2 unit(s)
- Salt1 to taste
- Pepper1 to taste
- grated cheese1 to taste
- Squeeze the manioc while still hot and put it in a pan with the margarine and salt.
- When they are well mixed, add the cream, mix and set aside.
- Saute onion and garlic in olive oil
- Add the shredded beef and let it cool down a bit.
- Add the tomatoes and cook until they are wilted and adjust the salt if necessary.
- In a refractory greased with olive oil, place a layer of the manioc puree, the jerky and finish with the rest of the puree.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and bake in the oven to brown.
- Serve hot or warm
