- Breadcrumbs1 kg
- Wash the potatoes well and place together with the chicken breast in a pressure cooker with water, chicken broth and salt and cook for 20 minutes on high heat.
- Remove the pressure, reserve the chicken and peel and mash the potatoes
- Add the mashed potatoes along with the oil.
- With the fire on, add the wheat little by little until it comes off the pan, When it comes off, lower the heat and stir well for another 5 minutes.
- For the filling; shred the chicken, and in a pan with oil and salt, brown the chopped onion and garlic.
- Add tomato sauce, bring to a boil.
- With the sauce already thick, add the shredded chicken. let it rest
- With the dough and stuffing warm, make balls and knead by hand, place the stuffing in the center and close until a coxinha shape.
- With the modeled coxinha, prepare the eggs and rose flour for breading.
- In a bowl, beat the 2 eggs and add 1 pinch of salt.
- In another container, add the breadcrumbs, and pass the drumsticks in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs.
