- Dough: Wheat Flour2 cup
- Milk300 ml
- Oil200 ml
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Stuffing: Chicken600 g
- Chicken bouillon cube1 unit(s)
- Oil or olive oil5 tablespoon
- Chopped tomato3 unit(s)
- medium chopped onion1 unit(s)
- Minced Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Corn and Peas1 cup
- Salt and spices to taste
- Water500 ml
- FILLING: Cook the chicken breast in water and with the chicken cube.
- After the chicken is cooked, reserve 200 ml of the cooking broth.
- Sauté the other Ingredients and then add the corn and peas.
- Add the already shredded chicken and the stock you reserved and let it cook until dry.
- PASTA: In a blender place the eggs, oil and milk. Beat for 3 minutes.
- Then add the wheat flour little by little, then the salt and the yeast.
- Grease a mold with margarine and flour. Add half the dough and put all the stuffing.
- Cover with the remaining dough.
- Add grated cheese or tomato slices to decorate to taste.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
