- Wheat flour2.1/2 cup
- Corn starch1/2 cup
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Milk3 cup
- Vegetable or chicken broth1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Egg beaten with 5 tablespoons of water for breading5 dessert spoon
- Breadcrumbs for breading3 cup
- - Preparation mode: 1. Sift the flour with the cornstarch 2x and set aside. 2. Place the milk, margarine and vegetable stock in a pan and bring to a boil. When it boils, add the flour, turn off the heat and stir well. 3. Return the mixture to the heat and let it cook for about 4 minutes so the flour doesn't get raw (ALWAYS STIRING). 4. The ideal point is when the dough is coming off the bottom of the pan. 5. Transfer the dough to a workbench and dissolve until cool (no flour) with just a spatula or your hands. 6. When the dough is already cold, open it and use a round cutter to start shaping the risoles. 7. Fill with whatever you prefer and mold them all and then coat them in the beaten egg and then in the breadcrumbs! 8. Fry in hot oil.
