- Milk1 cup
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Sugar1 teaspoon
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Wheat flour1.1/2 cup
- Baking powder1 dessert spoon
- Tomato sauce1/2 can(s)
- Stuffing suggestion: thick grated mozzarella250 g
- Sliced tomato2 unit(s)
- Chopped Olives to taste
- Oregano to taste
- In the blender, beat the milk, the egg, the salt, the sugar, the margarine, the wheat flour and the baking powder until everything is incorporated.
- Pour the dough into a pizza pan greased with margarine and take it to the preheated oven for 20 min.
- Remove from the oven and pour in the tomato sauce.
- Cover the dough with grated mozzarella, tomato and oregano to taste.
- Put it back in the oven until the mozzarella melts.
