- unsalted butter1 tablespoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Wheat flour650 g
- Dissolve the yeast with sugar, then add the milk, oil, butter, salt, sugar and eggs. Mix well with a whisk. Start to add wheat flour little by little, until it comes off slightly from your hands. Knead for 10/15 minutes. Let it rise for 1 hr or until it doubles in size. Make balls of 50gr each, place in a greased and infarinhada shape, cover with cloth and let rise again.
- Once risen, bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden.
