- Spaghetti Pasta 8500 g
- Swiss chard leaves5 unit(s)
- Medium carrot1 unit(s)
- Large Onion1 unit(s)
- Cooked green beans5 unit(s)
- Small cauliflower1 unit(s)
- Diced chicken breast200 g
- Green pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Red Bell Pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Traditional Shoyu2 cup
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Corn Starch1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Water750 ml
- Noodle: 1- Cook the pasta in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes 2- Drain, wash and let cool
- Filling: 1- Put some oil in the pan, fry the chicken lightly and set aside 2- Add water, soy sauce and sugar and bring to a boil 3- Beat the egg in a bowl with the starch and a little water 4- Add the vegetables to the sauce (minus the chard) 5- Let the sauce thicken and add the chard
- Finalization: 1- Pour the sauce over the pasta 2- Serve :)
