- Warm water2 cup
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Wheat flour1.200 kg
- In a bowl, place 1 cup of water and the yeast. Mix well and add condensed milk and eggs. Add the salt and mix well, add the other cup of water.
- Add the wheat little by little until you can mix it with the spoon.
- When the dough gets heavier, put it on the bench and mix, you don't need to knead too much.
- The dough is firm on the outside but still sticky on the inside.
- Let it grow until it doubles in size
- Separate the dough and form smaller loaves with the help of the rolling pin. Let rise for another 30 minutes
- Place in a preheated oven at 200°. For about 30 minutes.
- After roasting, pass over a mixture of 2 tablespoons of water and 2 of sugar. In it still hot.
